We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging included. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply reach out through our contact page. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if something isn’t right with your order. Please check your items upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

Items must still be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us through our contact page and we’ll be happy to assist you.
